THE RIVERS
Wild Water Fishing.

Blackwater River
Renowned as one of British Columbia’s premier dry fly rivers, the Blackwater delivers aggressive surface takes and remarkably consistent action throughout the season. Guests fish classic riffles, long glides, and secluded runs while floating and wading through remote wilderness stretches that see very little pressure. With experienced local guides and carefully selected access points, this river offers an ideal balance of technical fishing, high catch rates, and unforgettable scenery.

Mitchell River
Flowing from the rugged Cariboo Mountains, the Mitchell River is a crystal-clear, catch-and-release fishery known for its large rainbow and bull trout. Seasonal hatches, migrating salmon, and pristine water create exceptional opportunities for both dry fly and subsurface fishing. Set within protected wilderness, the Mitchell offers dramatic landscapes, diverse fishing conditions, and the chance to target trophy fish in a truly remote setting.

Cariboo River
Glacier-fed and lightly fished, the Cariboo River flows through protected parkland and rugged canyon sections rarely accessed by most anglers. Its cold, green-tinged waters support wild rainbow trout, large bull trout, and mountain whitefish, particularly during salmon migrations. With a mix of floating, wading, and technical water, the Cariboo rewards anglers looking for strong fish, high catch rates, and a true backcountry river experience.

Quesnel River
The Quesnel River is a dynamic and productive system offering diverse fishing throughout the season. Strong populations of rainbow and bull trout are joined by migrating salmon, creating excellent feeding conditions and memorable action. Travel by jet boat allows access to a wide range of productive water, from historic stretches near Quesnelle Forks to wildlife-rich sections where bald eagles and other species are a constant presence.
